You are invited to join our company ground floor ("SAFE") Agreement ("Simple Agreement For Equity") as a stakeholder. GHS Construction Union Company filed Regulation D 506 (c) with the "SEC" Security Exchange Commission April 6, 2018 to raise capital for public works projects and increase our bonding and financial capacity to 20 million aggregate. Furthermore we plan to offer employee stock option plan ("ESOP") and will commit 2% of our private equity construction fund to promoters / estimators as collaborators/stakeholders as a profit sharing compensation package to our partners assisting us in acquiring investors, vetting experienced estimators and securing Public Works Contracts, RFP's and Maintenance Contracts.

We have seen a boom in Construction spending during May 2018 was estimated at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $1,309.5 billion, 0.4 percent (±1.3 percent)* above the revised April estimate of $1,304.5 billion. The May figure is 4.5 percent (±1.6 percent) above the May 2017 estimate of $1,253.6 billion. During the first five months of this year, construction spending amounted to $497.1 billion, 4.3 percent (±1.2 percent) above the $476.7 billion for the same period in 2017.

Private Construction

​

Spending on private construction was at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $1,005.4 billion, 0.3 percent (±0.8 percent)* above the revised April estimate of $1,002.3 billion. Residential construction was at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $553.8 billion in May, 0.8 percent (±1.3 percent)* above the revised April estimate of $549.3 billion. Nonresidential construction was at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $451.5 billion in May, 0.3 percent (±0.8 percent)* below the revised April estimate of $453.0 billion.

We are looking for an experience estimator who is motivated and has the ability to handle multiple projects. Ideal candidate will have the ability to evaluate the project goals and find solutions to maximize our ability to be awarded the jobs. This person will play an integral part of the organization and will help maximize profitability.

Job Duties: 

 

Pre-construction/Estimating

 

Visualize, analyze and communicate project scope of work. Coordinate project costs and scope with design team. Ability to estimate conceptually. Prepare preliminary cost estimates/budgets and schedules at design phase. Manage value engineering process. Maintain/create subcontractor/vendor bid list. Prepare highly detailed proposals and proposals. Distribute and manage bid plans and documents. Communicate with subs, prepare RFP/RFI. Qualify and analyze bids. Issue all contracts and subcontractor contracts.

 

Job summary

 

Work closely with superintendent to insure project success. Maintain project documentation. Responsible for logistic, planning and buy out to project schedule. Evaluate and manage budget and schedule, consistent ensuring client is aware of the project costs and schedule deviations. Timely process of change orders. Approve progress payments and billings. Responsible for the financial viability of the project.
